Jayne Furlong (she/her) is proud to be serving her first Board term as a member of OPALGA+. A relatively recent transplant to Oak Park from Texas, she was excited to find an LGBTQIA2S+ social organization with such strong roots in the community to be part of. She enjoys attending potlucks, volunteering for the annual Donut Day and is a co-host at the monthly Out at Bobby’s events. In her personal life, she works in mental health, is active in community theater, and spends most of her time hanging out with her partner and their 2 cats, Oswald and Nessa.
